ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the highly limited nature of RUH Volume 1: Junoon, all sales are final once an order is placed. Because we only produced a limited run of 22 total pieces, we do not hold excess inventory to accommodate returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
SIZING & FIT
Because each capsule is a precise, limited-run production, we cannot offer size exchanges. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review the specific sizing and fit details provided on the product page prior to securing their order.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every garment is meticulously inspected at our Ontario facility prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the defect.

If approved, we will facilitate a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.
RETURNED TO SENDER / FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
