FULFILLMENT & DISPATCH
Vol 1: Junoon is officially live and fully in stock. Because this is an extremely limited release of only 22 total pieces, your garment is ready to ship immediately.

Processing Time: All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched from our Canadian facility within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Tracking: You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking link the moment your archive piece leaves our facility.

We offer flat-rate, fully tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives securely.

Canada: FREE Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

United States: FREE Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after dispatch.

International (Select Regions): $20.00 Flat Rate. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
To guarantee fast and secure transit, international shipping is strictly optimized and limited to the United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Singapore, and the UAE.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the live status of your shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES (DELIVERED DUTY PAID)
To provide a seamless delivery experience, we collect all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and cross-border processing fees directly at checkout for shipments leaving Canada (including the United States and International destinations).

No Surprise Fees: Because these fees are calculated and paid upfront, your package will clear customs efficiently and be delivered straight to your door with zero additional charges requested by the courier.

Delays: While prepaying duties accelerates the border process, RUH is not responsible for unpredictable transit delays caused by local customs clearance bottlenecks.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RUH is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been successfully handed over to the courier. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a mistake is made, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment queue or has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the destination address.
